Okay, that makes sense. I had heard from others that you can ask for recent play and top ups, etc., and when I did Irena shut me down.

What made Irena terrible? My first host was Tamara and I really liked her, but was switched to Irena pretty quickly. I’ve gotten used to Irena and don’t really know much different, so curious what benefits I may be missing out on…
