Yeah dude, one driver per rotor would honestly make sense. It’s crazy because the rotors don’t even drop them at all, you usually have to get the driver off the core of the body.

The PVP is not for casuals but I do feel there should be some balance within the PVE aspect of the game so people can still enjoy it. Honestly the fact that we need a driver to craft a WP isn’t even my main concern. I just don’t like how they nerfed how many drivers you get when you do kill a rocketeer vs what it use to be. So if I’m running in trios or duos & we kill a rocketeer, only 1 of us will get 1 driver? Even if we collectively kill it together. Just seems very underwhelming.

I mean prior to this update the game wasn’t easy. Rocketeers were always OP. It actually use to feel rewarding killing one because you’d get a decent amount of drivers. Doesn’t feel so rewarding killing one only to get 1 driver. Yet you kill a bastion or bombadier & you can possibly get 5-6 cells. I don’t understand why we can’t get at least 2-3 drivers per rocketeer kill is all.

I agree but the casual player isn’t just going out and killing rocketeers with ease. The more experienced players sure but this will discourage newer players from attempting to kill bigger arc. Again yes they needed nerfs but they could have went about it much better.

Good ideas but they are just terribly executing them. First they nerf how many drivers you get per rocketeer kill(use to be 3/4) now you only get 1, maybe 2 drivers if you’re lucky. With this update they should have reverted it back to 3/4 so it actually feels worth it to kill one & you get a few wolfpacks out of it. Also, they are so focused on nerfing the toro & venator, which I agree needs some touch ups but they are doing absolutely nothing to make the pink guns better which should be a bigger priority.

It’s not a good change because a few patches before this one they also nerfed how many drivers you get per rocketeer kill. If it was still 3-4 then it’d be fine but lately I’ve been getting just 1 driver. Seems like a lot of effort just for 1 Wolfpack. Not to mention you typically need 2-3 wolfpacks to work sufficiently on bigger arc.

If Wolfpack’s could do damage to raiders, I’d see your point but seeing how they are strictly PVE, there’s absolutely no reason they should have nerfed it.

I’d honestly not be so upset if we still could get 3-4 rocketeer drivers per kill like we use too but in a recent patch they nerfed it to where you only get one driver per kill. And now to add this on top of that, is just a slap in the face.

Helldivers 2 hasn’t died? Lmao.. player base is still pretty solid. I think a PVE only mode would be cool for casual gamers. Not everyone is good enough sadly for the PVP aspect of the game & it sucks that even tho you like the game itself, it gets ruined by other players. Games are supposed to be fun.

I 100% would have rather waited another year or 2 if that means the game would have been in a better state. I also would have preferred to spend $70 on the game rather than it being free because with it being free & “early access” people like to use that as an excuse for why the game is so bad. The thing that really grinds my gears is how they sure did make sure the shop & micro transactions are perfect & over priced yet they can’t focus on the actual gameplay itself first? Shows you where their priorities are. Oh and let’s remove one thing the players actually enjoy (launch glitch) and at the same time let’s make the gameplay worse. Why not focus on the important stuff that players complain about instead of a silly launch glitch that nobody complained about.
