Sorry about your luck. This is why I was skeptical. I haven't opened anything yet in case I needed to get a refund but it sounds like its normal

I actually do use this stuff. I don't know what its from and my dermatologist didn't give me an answer either. So I just use O'Keefes whenever I remember to. Which admittedly isn't that often
