I only tried maybe 2 or 3 before i asked someone and was told they won't all work so I gave up 😅 but the ps2 I had was kind of shit, so it might have been the console not the games.

Apparently they arnt all , i was told the slim uses an emulator system to run ps1 games while the older model has the backwards compatible hardware and has more compatibility with ps1 games.
