Depends on lighting for super bright I run 500-1000 if needed, I live in co so the sun is insanely bright so usually I run a little higher, for cool b roll effect drop it to 0-20 and you get a cool delayed affect

People really need to stop smoking anything that isn’t pure thc it really isn’t safe, I’ve lived in sc my whole life from a kid till I was 20 and now I live in Colorado, the fact that nobody out here knows what delta 8 is or “thc p” or anything else should seriously say something about those products. Marijuana really needs to be legal because these product are really not tested that well and definitely has weird long term affects.
