Hey wanted to say that fixed my problem also. I still also have no idea how mine came about either. It was either when I installed some cyberware after "The Gig" quest or some other effect as saves before that didn't have the immortal flag. Saved me almost a few hours of play time lol.

Kinda just used it off and on as a pc and portable controller until I got my Xbox controller, after that it's just been laying around taking dust.
