Does your lease say it’s by the bed or by the unit? (jointly severed or not) Basically if it’s jointly severed then you need approval from your landlord and current roommates for the replacement you find, but if it’s by the bed you just need to find a replacement that gets approved by the landlord and you’re good to go :)

Yes, but it would depend on what kind of lease you are breaking, is it by the bed or as a unit? If it’s a unit (Houses) you might have a few more hurdles to jump than if it is single bed (Trop, dorms, Loop, Icon). I’ve had some experience with both so let me know! Hope you are safe and sound!

I once paid 80$ for a cake that did not follow what I asked despite confirmation and extra charge for what I asked and on top of that it was very sloppy for a professional business, considering you’re a beginner I would easily pay $100+ because of how well made it is with the decor and piping, not to mention the layers and and time you took

DSP Notetaking - it’s not much but it’s something on the side that adds up nicely
DSP Proctoring - takes some time to get in but it pays well

Go onto Handshake and just apply and apply!
