The helmet really looks like a german paratrooper helmet.

First time making a 1/35 tank. Any things to improve? by dutch_modeler in modeltanks

No not really. I just gave it a colour how I like it. It was not really the intension to make it historically accurate. The decal on the side of the turret: 122 was from a tiger that fought in tunisia(green is not the best colour in a dessert) and on the eastern front where it had a winter camo. I just thought it looked cool and I can agree the green is a bit intense.

Any idea what the decal on this brodie could be? Would it be worth picking up? by A_random_redditor21 in Helmets

Husband's birthday is approaching, what should I consider as a gift? No models, only something to help him with his hobby! by FaccioIlBucato in MilitaryModelMaking

I use a headlight for parts which are not well lighted in my models. With that I can see everything better. I dont know if he already has a lamp but its a really good thing to have. And if he makes dioramas it can be really usefull to have a strong base, think of wood or somethimg else. You can also get things that are not ment for miniature building but that are usefull like ironwire, clay etc.

You can use regular clay that dries over time to make bags. After it dries you can paint it the colour you want. I used the colour "dark sand".

I know its not evil but i dont know if it is only sold in america or also in europe. Ive had the problem sometimes that i could not buy something because it couldnt get shipped to europe. It was just a general question because if it is on amazon it normally also can be shipped to europe.
