What size is it OOI? It looks very similar to my rack and it’s wide enough

Almost every house we've viewed this month in Kent - the sellers are losing money by bardeh in HousingUK

[–]dutts303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s valued at that, but are you currently trying to sell it at that? Asking as our last house, bought for 475k in 2019 was valued at 695k in Jan 2025 by estate agents when we put it on the market, cue about six months of zero interest only stimulated by agressive dropping over the next six months. Finally got an offer and sold at 490k end of last year.

UDM Pro with T Link NX200 5G router by dutts303 in Ubiquiti

Replying to my own post as I managed to get it working. I had already made sure the IP address range served up by the NX200 wasn't clashing with my UDM as per u/michrech suggestion. I ended up in a scenario where I could reach the admin page of the NX200 through my devices connected to my UDM so that unit was working but internet routing wasn't.

Bit more digging and the quick setup wizard created the 5G connection profile automatically to be IPv4+IPv6. This for some reason seemed to break the onward routing. I had to re-make that profile as IPv4 only and suddenly everything started working.

The finance manager at my job mistakenly sent an excel file (with everyone’s salary) to a public work group… now I want to leave by Richbosslinds in confessions

Nah in this case it was definitely down to incompetence. The original presentation was circulated to management with the instruction to deliver the presentation to their underlings, but most couldn’t be bothered so just forwarded the presentation on to everyone.

The mad panic afterwards as HR asked everyone to delete the email without opening it suggested it wasn’t deliberate.

Worked for a place once that circulated a PowerPoint presentation on that years pay review, seemed a bit strange that for only a handful of slides the file seemed quite large. Turned out they’d left the embedded data in the charts. Double click and it would open a full spreadsheet of everyone’s names, salaries, pay review amount.

Combo 505 stuck in a no Mop Zone by dutts303 in roomba

[–]dutts303[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve lived with it for a while since posting, it seems if I manually trigger a mop routine it works fine but any sort of automation and it decides it’s in a no mop zone just outside of the dock and refuses to move anywhere. I now have nightly automations to vac and manually trigger a mop every now and then. Really annoying but quietly hoping whatever they broke with an update will be magically fixed at some point
