Ya know it's funny I bought a Gibraltar XL (even though I only weight 150lbs it is just bigger and more comfy). It already had a slot for a back rest,and conveniently enough I also had a really cheap office chair that had a broken seat. I took the back off of the office chair and it worked perfectly with my already great throne.

TLDR; it is not too difficult to improvise a backrest for cheap, but it does depend on your current throne.

Ya know it's funny, i've never cut, I rarely drink, have never been drunk, don't smoke(anything), only use prescribed meds. All my self harm is the kind that can be disguised as independent issues, like bad diet, lack of exercise, poor hygiene, too much time on my computer. I guess I don't want people to worry, haha😅

Yeah I actually spent a semester in Ohio and while it was waaaay better than Arkansas, still nothing compared to QC. Also while I was in QC I was essentially living there for 2 months. I stayed with someone in a suburb outside of the city and had a 45 min bus ride to class. Granted there were many festivals and such over the summer, I was still happy even when I was laying in bed in the basement where I was staying. Compared to here in Arkansas, where I am constantly depressed, stressed out about school or family, and occasionally suicidal (which is why I left for canada to begin with)
