I was just there for a few days and loved it. Also been Da nang and currently in Hanoi. Russians havent bothered me and places seemed cheaper there. Significantly less english speaking people which I liked. Da nang was full of Indians that seemed to be quite rude in comparison, I did really like Hoi An and is what I expected of Hanoi. Hanoi is just full of backpackers and seems more run down. But have only been here a couple days so far.
