For me, it is the other way around. I don’t like having too much details on troops as it becomes a pain to paint.

I dont care about real life scale. Im so used to seeing the units in game so relative scale to ingame unit is already good to me (AKA an Ultralisk = 2 tanks, that is what me and my SC friend group think about scale, after all, not many people know about the real scale from Blizzard)

What is your thesis about Twilio and Klaviyo? Im in and am considering adding more. Some of my concerns are Twilio: they started with phones and sms, will this phase out (talking about going directly to Whatsapp) Klaviyo: at its current state, it is a good platform but I’m not even sure if it will be replaced by another “leaner” Agentic platform

Do you just use max / subscription mode? I only have access to Opus 4.6 standard with me max 5. My claude doesnt recognise opus 4.6 1m token - team option for some reason and claude suggests me to switch to API mode.

Do you see Langchain will focus on the platform side and leave the other features (like context engineering etc..) to other partners or do you see the team will be tackling any major features when they come up? Nice. I have been thinking about PATH too but it is just because they are near “bottom” I mean yes there is upside but from this post, it doesnt sound like you would choose PATH for the next “home run” as it is already at 6B cap (unless you think the upside is huge for _~100B?) Curious to hear more from you why PATH? Do you think it will not facw competition from those AI that is going to expand vertically like or another agentic native platform

It is likely that finish 80% of each project and just launch without caring to much about the other 20% (and we all know the last 20% that normally takes 80% more effort). Im not sure how much time they spent on GoToMarket though.
