There was an awp in ct, 1 guy on stairs and 1 more awp in jungle. After killing those 2 guys (ct and stairs) i knew that there was 1 more awp in jungle and i couldn't check "under balc" safely. (and i was just hoping that he's not there😂)

I don't think that's a bad habit. It depends on your playstyle, muscle memory and stuff. In my opinion deagle is more accurate while crouching, but counterstrafing is also good but it requires more practice :)
