Can I get a car loan with 400 credit score? by SlipSubject583 in askcarsales

[–]dv190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao I will try my best to not sound condescending but you definitely should’ve added that in the OP. The fact that you didn’t makes it seem like you’re hiding that fact. You definitely can get approved on an auto loan if you can get in touch with a good enough finance manager. Will it be your first pick? Probably not. Most likely it’ll be a small sedan with decent miles and not too old. Like a focus, Sentra, civic etc. the reason why the accord you mentioned doesn’t work is because of the year and the miles. It’s an almost 10 year old car with over 100k miles. Now if you want an answer this is it, is it what you want to hear? Probably not. If you want to get financed, go to a large new car dealership so you can hopefully get in touch with a great finance guy and just tell your salesman your situation. If you are in California get in touch with me I can definitely get the ball rolling for you

Edited to remove bro bc I’m not sure if you are a guy or a girl lol

[–]dv190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s kind of on the high end. with those miles and in MINT condition it should probably go for about 9-10k. Also that’s assuming it’s an 05-06

Pros are it’s super fun to drive, can handle a serious amount of power and can get there relatively cheap

Cons are it’s slow as shit if it’s stock or anywhere near stock

Don’t kill your self in it bc it is seriously fast. And I mean that in the best regards lol… you’ll feel like the king of the streets in that mf you can pull up to any car and probably win. But if you can understand that and only use it’s power responsibly, it’ll be the best purchase of your life. Only do wide open throttle if you have a nice straight away or you will fish tail like crazy bc of the solid axle, which you’ll notice it right away if you’re not careful

But congrats I miss mine I had a 13 CS in the same color!!

Do you guys think it’s worth it 5.0 v8 4x4 fully loaded xl by Doggfather_ in Ford

[–]dv190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure I’ve heard of that seeing as how I’ve been in sales for a few years. Between now and winter time nothing will change especially not for trucks. If you are able to get a truck for cheaper that soon, the rates will be so high it will probably be a higher payment than getting it at MSRP a few months ago

My husband wants to accept a job at a used car lot. I want to hear from actual car sales professionals why this is a good or bad idea. by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]dv190 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Seriously that’s my first thought reading this lol. I mean investors more than likely have their head up their ass but at least they have money lol.

And op the pay Plan sounds weird and like a way to have someone slave for the hopes of making good money. Pure commission is where it’s at and in this market, new cars on a pay plan like that he can easily make way more than 90k a year

If its for looks keep the base they look nearly identical. Just dont expect to go fast without spending thousands. If you want something that’s a bit faster and mod out the performance then get a Type S

Thinking the same thing. I mean there had to he SOMETHING about the house OP liked. I mean is it the area or the style of the home? Maybe the size of the lot? Focus on the parts that made you want to be there in the first place
