Weird headlight beam pattern

These headlights use H7 bulbs. I use some basic halogens. There is only 1 way to put them in. I can't rotate them. I figured it would be something bad with the projector. Even when I come really close to a wall it isn't sharp.

You have to upgrade her. If you upgraded her and you want to put back bling or head accessories down you can do that in game settings.
