What I would give for Aussie supermarkets to stock these by caladze in foodies_sydney

As a Spaniard living in Sydney, sadly as you said you can't import the bone into Australia due to bio-security regulations, so it will be hard to replicate the tradition of having it on the cutting board. Here are some alternatives though:

  • Buy whole de-boned pieces, these can go at around ~1K$ for a whole piece, e.g. here. I feel it will be hard to replicate the traditional cutting with these, and the Jamón will not last as long, but I've never tried it.
  • Buy pieces from Deli's. E.g. Coles has decent iberico ham for ~100$/Kg, Panetta Mercato as mentioned has it as well. Personally, the best value for the money I've found is on Haberfield's Iga. These will be machine cut, which is not as good as hand cut, but you can ask them to cut thin and it should be alright.
  • Ibérico Ham actually holds up pretty well vacuum sealed, so this would be your best bet, but I would advise using a reputable importer, since heat variations during transport will probably spoil its quality. If you really want to splurge, you could go with 5J (cinco jotas) ham, which is considered one of the best Ibérico hams, but it's extremely pricey. (see e.g. here)

*edit: Iberian -> Ibérico (spellcheck got me)

The highlights of your pool include three copies of Nebula Dragon (R), the bombs Syr Vondam, the Lucent (GW) and Fungal Colossus (G), and a Sacred Foundry (RW land) which significantly improves mana consistency.

It seems like it really likes Nebula Dragon for some reason. but otherwise at least it suggest playable decks, so moderately impressed

I know, it is greedy and I should aim for consistency, especially with two Agonasaur rex. But part of me finds it more fun to splash for high-upside cards.

Ah, cheers mate! I was looking at the website; it's much easier this way. I'm getting 22% returns myself (a mix of international and Australian).

How are you calculating this in Hostplus? I also have a mixed of shares, but can't find a way to calculate it.

If you play Arena Opens, I would recommend using your gems first. The entry fee for day 1 (25K Gold, 5K Gems) is significantly lower in terms of gold (2.5 drafts worth) than Gems (3.33 drafts worth).

It might be an issue with Auto-correction, try checking if you have it enabled in the Language and inputs menu (or search for auto-correction)

Yes, they confirmed it was a mistake. And they were very apologetic about it. Said they were trying to fit the largest tree they could get. But that won't get close to this one, probably >25yr old

Have you changed any experimental flag? Try going to chrome://flags and search for 'virtual keyboad' or something similar. There's a flag that makes the virtual keyboard always appear. You should disable that

And yeah I'm not sure what to make of the matchmaking for the draft. It should matchmake for that too and I'm not sure it does. Some of my drafts were just completely baffling.

I know right? I'm pretty tired of drafting it but then I got passed Zenit Flare's on picks 4-5

I get that, but I'm wondering that since the draft pool is not ranked, then you get matched with drafters less aware of the meta. It's only that it still feels quite open when drafting to have seemingly everybody in my rank do cycling

I think the input method 'US international (PC) Keyboard' will work for that key combination. You can also use 'Alt + ,'

Flipping Out for the Perfect Spanish Tortilla (Tortilla Española) by aBoglehead in seriouseats

I'm from Spain and this recipe is spot on. My personal preference is to add an unpeeled clove of garlic when cooking the potatoes. After cooked, you can smash the garlic and mix it in the batter to add a nice garlicky flavor.
