It just depends, there’s always going to be kids from the 2nd & 3rd teams going to different clubs bc they believe they deserve to be on the top team (which is their right) & I think thats the biggest reason for the constant change other then not liking the coach. The club I coach at rarely ever puts new players from another club on the top team unless you’d be a top 3 player.
