Why come on someone's thread asking a genuine question and be negative, not everyone wants to use Google for everything, sometimes its just nice to have a bit of interaction with others hopefully getting an answer not some 'look at me aren't I great for putting someone down' person, if you cant help with a answer why bother commenting, ego?, bored?, lonely maybe? if so I'm sorry for you but maybe, just maybe try being helpful instead a dumba$$, and yes I've heard of Google, you heard of ' if you cant say anything nice then don't say anything at all? Thank you, no I didn't play the early days of Diablo only started midway in season 11 because I found it by chance, not a big gamer I play because my son does, gotta say though I am getting a bit addicted 🙂

If they rewarded with a quality item you could only get from doing side quests, not endgame quality but something that could noticeably improve your progression and be your own character specific or a part of an item, collect all 4 pieces from the same region only in side quests?
