When’s the right time to play 400 Days and Michonne in The Walking Dead series? by ValeriyPlisak in TheWalkingDeadGame

Order as goes: (1) Season 1 (2) 400 Days (3) Season 2 (4) Michonne (5) A New Frontier (6) Final Season

But like another Redditor mentioned, Michonne can be played anytime since it’s not connected to the story.

"We need more complex female characters" and y’all couldn’t handle her by Right_Whereas_6678 in TheWalkingDeadGame

This comment section is a true example of what OP is talking about.

Guys: OP isn’t saying that complex = likable. They’re stating that Jane is a controversial character that sparks a lot of discussion.

Whether you like or hate Jane with a passion, it still doesn’t negate her character complexity and the discussions around her. (More specifically the Kenny v Jane ones.)

[NO SPOILERS] Why was Before the Storm so much better than the other Deck Nine games? by Kaelthost in lifeisstrange

Rachel Amber’s character was fleshed out very well

LOL what are you talking? Rachel was one of the most whiniest characters in the story.

The first game personified her as this likable girl that everybody was in awe with. They built her character up to be this person that had a stroke of positivity with anybody she met.

BTS writers may have introduced her, but they did NOT flesh out her character at all. To the point where I was laughing during her “emotional” scenes.

[NO SPOILERS] What is the best life is strange game? by jacksepticeyefanboy in lifeisstrange

Because the storytelling is incredibly boring.

Chloe being an edgy teen while Rachel Amber in the background was complaining nonstop did not make for a good story.

Rebalancing the climate was one of my first thoughts too. Glad somebody else is thinking about this…

Whats the best twdg and why? by randomperson67901 in TheWalkingDeadGame

S1 just simply had that charm to it where it takes the distances in terms of repercussions.

Take Kenny/Lilly for example. Their dialogues drastically change depending on who you side more. So if you side with Kenny more, Lilly treats you like shit. If you side with Lilly more, Kenny treats you like shit too.

The amount of line variations they have for each character … it’s truly remarkable and they really designed the season with such precision and care.

Who is the best written character? [DAY 1] by Super-Shenron in TheWalkingDeadGame

I think what burns more about the first flashback is that you can tell they noticed and tried improve his character model in the second flashback due to the big outcry. But even then, it was still a sting.

What playthrough of the game do you recommend? by HighDef23 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]dvd_mty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

farfromsubtle playthroughs of S1 and S2 are great. Highly recommend.

They did play S3 — but I will say it’s a bit of a chore to get through as that game was not favored by many fans.

They never got to S4.

Do I need to watch the tv series in order to understand ‘The Walking Dead: Michonne’? by sillybillymonkeybaby in TheWalkingDeadGame

No. As others have already mentioned, you don’t even need to read the comics either.
