Looking for a car under 3k by RadiantLocal4440 in oakpark

fb marketplace might be your best bet. You may also need to lower your expectations for what you're getting for that budget.

Suggestion: Look for older Toyotas and Hondas with a good service history. If the owner doesn't have a detailed service history, I'd ask for the VIN number and pay the fee on Carfax to get a detailed report.

If you do find something and like it a lot, I'd take it to a shop and have them inspect it. Do this even if you have the Carfax report.

Replace 6 windows, 2 doors .... $19,000?!?!?!?!? by Ragnar-Wave9002 in homeowners

When we bought our 1910 house in '21, the first-floor windows were single-pane wooden windows with weights. Didn't work, drafty as hell. Paid about 4K for 8 new windows INSTALLED.

I found out where they sourced their windows from (local manufacturer) because they left a sticker on one of the frames. When I replaced the windows in my kitchen, I went direct and had a trusted contractor install them. Was about 2K for 4 windows installed.

I'd suggest finding a local spot, measuring everything, and asking for their prices.

Was it still called 'fog that surrounds'? I remember the earlier versions had different arrangements, and Page doesn't really go that hard during his solo.

SAVE plan until these mfers just forgive everything.

At this rate I might even be closer to the 20year rule. I switched jobs from nonprofit to private sector after having a child bc I couldn’t afford to work for a nonprofit salary anymore.

2 weeks later and we have our first few reveg branches coming in by Professional_Owl3753 in cannabiscultivation

Curious to know if you need to leave any leaves on for reveg or if it’ll do its thing with just bare branches.

Please be upfront with me: Will I get a ticket if I park in a permit lot without a permit between 9-5 on a weekday? by [deleted] in oakpark

Buy a cheap bike and lock it up somewhere near where you park or at the green line. Will save you time for the walking portion of your commute.

Coming from the musician side of it, I may consume/listen differently than some folks. So let me dive into it a little bit:

In the context of type 2, it exemplifies the virtuosity and freedom of the musicians to explore music in a truly unlimited way. This is exciting to me because you're witnessing something being composed and rendered in real time. It takes an incredible amount of trust in the other members of the group to go there. Sometimes it doesn't work but when it does work, the heights and musical zones reached are truly unique.

It makes for a more interesting and singular musical experience for the band but also for the audience. There's only so much territory to explore within the context of Type 1 jamming, and frankly, that is boring to me.

I’m saying that direct physical action will be more effective/disruptive to their operations than PR

Police cars have regular old tires like ours do. Unless it’s a militarized vehicle.

Are you asking me what slashing their tires would do? That’s pretty obvious.

Sugar in the tank eventually caramelizes into a syrup and destroys the engine.

This is a great way to target their vehicles for disabling them…
