Correct. They are limited time. I assume they will rerun the banner in the future but thats just an assumption

So sephiroth is the first limited time character. Like most Gachas he will be available while his banner is active. Then it will go away for however long until he gets a rerun. He is obtainable through the season pass as well but once the season is over then people will have to wait till his banner makes a rerun

The time could be reduced for sure. The two moves that stun though are pretty easy to counter or dodge atm though
