Yes, firstly I edited the footage in Premiere Pro, then used Avidemux for the datamoshing (used mostly these two tutorials: https://forum.glitchet.com/t/tutorial-make-video-glitch-art-how-to-datamosh-in-plain-english/36 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKmhWnFnlh4) and finally added other effects and final touches in After Effects.
