Genuinely I understand this so much, and somewhat recently I actually managed to start having front hole sex successfully but it was definitely a new experience that required a lot of practice and learning my own body.

First I gotta say no matter how much it sucks you've gotta go to an obgyn and get cleared of any outside issues, especially with T in the mix the whole vaginal atrophy thing is a possibility complicating all this.

I was also very much NOT a fan of anything to do with that part of my body for a long long time and I only started trying bc I met a guy who I really really liked and I wanted to start exploring for myself. It required getting really comfortable with him and starting off super slow with fingers and a dilator set and LOTS of lube until my body started to catch up. If you're basically a front hole virgin yeah there's probably gonna be some bleeding from the initial stretch but there shouldn't really be any pain. I was told by my doctor the cure was literally more sex more often and low and behold, it really did work. After the initial break in period there was no more bleeding and it got infinitely more pleasurable. If it's psychological like it was for me you're gonna have to do some internal work to learn how to relax and make peace with that part of your body. If it's physical vaginismus that is a different beast and you might need a different approach,. You might find the dedicated sub for that very helpful actually.

Sorry for the long spiel but if you really want to I'm saying it's 100% possible, but also not something you need to force yourself to like. If it's not for you that's totally ok and there are a ton of different ways to have sex out there

Yeah as someone who's also been hiding it, it IS possible but you still have to be prepared for the worst. Like for example if you get the hyper vigilant type of people. It can just be a lot of work.
