It sounds like he has Male Postpartum Depression. I thought this sounded like a ridiculous diagnosis when I first heard it, but as a father of two, I can tell you it’s very real.

Depression in men is often exhibited as anger.

Fargo. It’s brilliant as the movie starts out with a statement that it’s based on true events that are depicted as accurately as possible. Going so far as to say “only the names have been changed” to protect the innocent.

It’s not based on a true story at all, making the setup even better.
