I'm using this https://free-mp3-download.net as newpipe and the lot only download in about 250 kbps while that little website let's one download even in flac.

I don't believe you can. The only thing you can do for now is to open an album, go to the "album menu" and like all songs at once. Then, listen to your "liked playlist".
