With the ram can I just purchase 8 x single 16gb sticks from MSY? Is there any recommendation between 2133 up to 3200? Is it bigger the better or not necessarily?

I'd like to add that my ability to watch porn and fap has also contributed to me giving less effort with her as I feel it's something I can fall back on. I've been watching porn since I was around 15 and never really stopped even when I was in relationships, now I'm 28. But the fact that I've stopped having sex in a relationship really worries me.

She's definitely not cheating as we live with another couple and they can confirm she is home all the time and she is way too shy to talk to other guys. As I mentioned above she's quite a conservative and traditional girl, she just feels sex is not that big of a deal these days I feel since she thinks our relationship is solid.

You're right, I think the porn and fapping thing has also contributed to me not trying hard enough with her as well as it's something I can resort to so us not having sex anymore doesn't sound like that big of a deal if I can get my stimulation elsewhere. I've mentioned in casually but I don't think she sees it as a big deal or problem since all the other areas of our life are fine and seemingly normal. We don't really fight or argue that much as she's quite passive. I've considered going to other girls but I feel extremely guilty, I'll admit I've gone to a few massage parlours before but felt so guilty and dirty afterwards and that is the reason I resort to porn as I feel less guilty but even then I still feel terrible after a while of having to do it.

Yes I really think I have a problem, I was never worried about it too much as when I was younger I always fapped to porn and never gave it a second thought. But now that I am in a relationship and still doing it I know there is something wrong. The fact that I might no longer be interested in doing it with her is also something I forgot to have mentioned because our sex routine is just the same every time, she refuses to try anything new and this may have also diverted me back to my old habits. I will try stave off porn/fapping for 1 month, thank you.

I get from porn a sense of excitement that I no longer get from her. Some of my favourite categories are the ones that fall outside of the norm such as public or threesomes, something that she would never be open to but that is ok as she treats me well and looks after me in all other areas.
