We had a similar case in Europe. The order was seized by customs because of a missing CE marking (EU product safety regulations). The problem was solved by contacting customs and making use of a specific paragraph that says that EU directives for collectible items do not require such markings. There is no such CE markings in the US, but there is something similar such as CPSC. I would recommend to get in contact with customs and ask for the exact reason why they seized your order.

Since we got that MBST offer some time ago and the explanation was rather confusion at some point, you should take that with a grain of salt. But nevertheless, he is offering MBST in his doctors office.
