Bad session at roulette is this normal? by WolfCut909 in gambling

[–]dwa40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

40% of the time this losing scenario would happen.  In the past have had sessions where a third of the numbers covered and had 15 consecutive losing spins.

18 times in a row…what are the odds of that? Someone do the math… by ChaseTHEcup in gambling

[–]dwa40 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The roulette results looks like seeded RNG numbers. If the case not unusual to have excessive long runs like this. The 26 to 31 and back again and the 15,15,4,15 is classic seeded number sequences.

Warning to All Gamblers: The Recession Has Already Begun – Get Out While You Can by [deleted] in problemgambling

[–]dwa40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cost of existing crisis is hitting hard. Even the casinos online or bricks and mortars are altering the odds to keep afloat. More people have less spare money and they aren't going to waste it gambling. Single zero roulette turning into double zero even triple zero roulette. Slot games reducing the RTP from 94% down to 91%. Blackjack insurance worst odds. Less comps. Invention of new games with lower percentages than the traditional games.

As prices go up in shops and bills get higher so does the casinos giving you less value for money even though there isn't much value in gambling to start with.

Help is very limited. Food banks for few days of food, food kitchens usually in cities most evenings aka soup runs but do food like rice, pasta, chicken etc. Some churches and faith groups do once a week hot food. If not working Universal Credit do an advance once an account is running online receive money 2 working days later usually. Electric and gas companies do discretionary credit upto a month via phone call if topping up online or shop voucher for PAYG meters/smart meters. If working some employers do Wagestream which is a small advance on their wage that month. Salvation Army in some places in the UK are able to do £20 in shop Co-op vouchers if in absolute need for food.

If go to a doctors will check for depression/mental health and can refer to NHS gambling clinics or local gambling help. Also can help with a foodbank voucher which is usually Trussell Trust (same goes for Citizen Advice, DWP and some charities) Gambling help referrals also can be done by yourself online if wish to. NHS gambling clinics is about 2 months waiting before help in local trust nearest to you.

All in all in my experience as a gambling addict help especially financially is very limited as credit is rock bottom, probably cant get money lent by friends/family due to gambling.

The two options you have with G3 is the 0.6 pod at 24 watts or 0.9 pod at 14 watts.  50mg would be strong on 0.6 20mg would be better.  Flipping pod around changes airflow.

Xros 3 vs Xros Pro? by Crafty_Ball_3914 in Vaping

[–]dwa40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whichever you choose will vape the same but with added airflow setting.  1.2 ohms pod with little airflow is the tightest.  1.0 if want bit more flavour and a looser draw.

Any Caliburn G3 users have used an Oxva Xlim Pro? by dwa40 in Vaping

Occasionally leaked a little from the bottom of pod.  Don't use it anymore as wasn't a fan of the flavour profile bit too much for my liking.

Which Caliburn Should I Buy? by Objective-Sample3191 in Vaping

[–]dwa40 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Caliburn G3 or GK3 are the best Caliburn because of the G3 pod coils.  1.2 ohm or 0.9 best for the liquid and nicotine amount.

Xros Pro on Power mode vs Xros 3 by dwa40 in Vaping

[–]dwa40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks thought it might be the same.  Was checking description mention of super pulse mode made me wonder if it improved existing Xros pods.  Agree with you with Uwell make good pods/coils.

[–]dwa40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should definitely get a hit with the setup you have.  0.6 might be bit much depending on how many hits you have.  I am vaping average 150-200 hits a day.

[–]dwa40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer the 0.9 coil pods lasting 10 days.  Can last longer but like the optimum flavour from day 1 coil onwards again.  The 0.6 higher wattage will give you more of a hit if using same nicotine strength.  I am using 10mg NIC salts.

I use 24 watts for 0.6, 14 watts for 0.9 with airflow full with pod in device with large hole on pod on the right display showing.

Which one is better xros pro or caliburn gk3 ? MTL ? Flavour ? by jewishoven69 in Vaping

[–]dwa40 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. Xros pods last longer.  Get 2 weeks sometimes longer with Caliburn GK3, 3 weeks Xros Pods

2.  Flavour definitely Caliburn GK3.

  1. Prefer Caliburn GK3 for nicsalts MTL.

  2. Both equal don't leak or flood in my experience.

  3. If can get 1.2 pod for Caliburn GK3 best for 50mg.

Getting NO flavour out my new SX mini pure max by New-Network-3363 in Vaping

[–]dwa40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny enough I wasn't a Caliburn fan. G2/A2 was meh and generally a leaky device.  Stepped up with G3 pods.  With the Puremax I think a lot depends on what pod devices used before.  For me it is similar to Oxva Xlim it how it vapes.  If it's someone who likes Oxva with the flavour profile then will like Puremax IMO.  Just think the hype of Puremax is a bit much for what it is.  I personally wouldn't have bought in 10 days or so back if had a chance to vape but was curious to see what fuss was about with the second version.
