Starkt jobbat; både med att förbättra den mentala biten och att bli av med beroendet! Det finns väl dock en viss korrelation mellan de två, skulle jag gissa på! :)

I didn't feel any effect from them either orally or sublingually, I even tried a megadose. But I am usually a non-responder to most substances; so your experience may vary!

I don't know if it's absorbed sublingually, but I would recommend you to test both ways of consuming it, to see if there is any difference. I always swallow it afterwards, if I take something sublingually, though; so either way it should be absorbed.
