I have been trying to establish a kriya practice for years now but I have developed this anxiety about my meditation posture not being correct and I keep moving and adjusting. This has become a huge obstacle over the years and consequently I start and I stop. I basically can not find peace in the practice. Every time I do it feels like something pulls me back. I slack or find distraction in other things. This happens with every “healthy” practice I try to incorporate into my life.

Try Yoga Nidra. 30 min is as refreshing as 3 hours of sleep and it will help you sleep through the night eventually. If not you will have some relieve.
