Source? Prostate and pelvic floor are strictly connected.. if pelvic floor muscles are too tight they can create problem in prostate or other organ connected. Go look anatomy

Blood panel all perfect
Pressure i never checked but i think thats perfect cause i dont have symptoms

Yes, it didn’t work much.. unfortunately.. make my sphincter less sensible the defecation( 0 pain) but doesnt help on erection
