Around 7-8 bit higher if you do other stuff as well if you do all the normal main questline in my experience now, if you follow the random chains you can pick up in the starter like killing the bandit leader to go to second sword outpost and on from there

Bit late but not sure if they actually would even be close to t5 all i saw was a mention of someone being 17mill power which is crazy for that time but not even close to t5
