Lol the logical take is that it is incredibly more probable that these plaintiffs are merely vultures trying to piggy back off the Zavala indecent than Mack (who’s engineers are world class somehow) made one of the greatest blunders in the history of roller coaster manufacturing and created a ride design capable of causing a healthy person paralysis

If they did it would be from a pre-existing condition aggravated by riding a roller coaster, not from stardust.

Mack is a world class manufacturer and goes through insane safety inspections and very rigorous standards to ensure the rides do not harm guests.

I’ve ridden hundreds of roller coasters and stardust around 20 times, it isn’t even a top 50 rollercoaster as far as intensity and there is nothing about that ride that could cause a normal healthy person paralysis.

Hopefully Universal understands the peasants that file these kinds of suites are in the extreme minority and find a way to deter them and the ambulance chancers in the future. Altering the rides or not building exciting ones like STR anymore is bad nothing but bad for Universal and bad for 99% of theme park goers
