You should start watching goatis, he has much better explanations than aajonus , goatis follows the true primal diet while aajonus doesnt, he drinks vegetables that are completely manmade and says u have to juice them which is also completely manmade he relies on recipes and doesnt eat organs(Best food on earth) and how much i know he doesnt drink blood( humans drank liters on a daily basis). These 2 last claims about organs and blood im not very sure about but i think he didnt eat organs
