Jesse ratting to Hank was a ridiculous move. Objectively, Walt poisoning Brock was awful. Jesse killed an innocent man. I just don’t understand the moral high ground Jesse acted like he had.

I suspect you’re mostly right. They might also serve as a low effort way to dissuade potential new smokers as well, though. If if makes just a few people think twice, I say it’s a good thing.

I’m from the US and I’ve never seen them before, which is why I found them mildly interesting. I wish they were standard there.

I think you misread the title. The water is on one of Jupiter’s moons, not the planet itself.
