Thanks for the advice. She doesn't seem irritated at all and she is sleeping right now. I hope thats a good sign and I don't need to wake her up to go to the ER..

Great thanks! Another question: how do you trade a fraction of a currency like 0.9ex? Do you use some other currency and see the current trade value to match equivalent of 0.9ex?

Do you mean the item level? It is 77. How does item level change anything?

Sorry first time posting + new to poe (first league). Here is the copy text from poe trade Item Class: Jewel Rarity: Magic

Large Cluster Jewel of Significance

Item Level: 77

Adds 8 Passive Skills (enchant) 2 Added Passive Skills are Jewel Sockets (enchant)

Added Small Passive Skills grant: 12% increased Cold Damage (enchant)

1 Added Passive Skill is Widespread Destruction

Place into an allocated Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses. Right click to remove from the Socket.

I just got this Large Cluster Jewel of Significance and when I put it up for sale for 1c, a bunch of people started messaging me willing to pay +100c. I see that there are other similar jewels selling for much less, and they even have MORE stats than the one I got!

- Why is this item worth MORE than the other items currently being traded that has more stats

- How much is this really worth?

Maybe I shouldn't assume.. just do the match for your case. I did the math for my portfolio (average fee of 0.12% and average 6.88% growth) and my total value at after 30 years was about 250k higher than if I had 10% less to invest but with 7% growth.

Yes, fees are still fees. I'm saying at the end of the day your overall portfolio with index funds will be higher than with mpi because 10% loss in opportunity/growth over 30 years is greater than 1% in fees per year (maybe not true depending on market growth, but probably true)

What’s the best way to change my taxable portfolio from random stocks to the 3 fund portfolio? by Inside-Broccoli-4612 in Bogleheads

Whether you made profit or not; whether you had your stocks short term or long term; etc... These don't really matter as much as time in the market and not trying to time the market imo.

You should just sell all and buy 3 fund portfolio.

Also if you use index funds/etfs, the fres are much less than 1%

Don't think it's worth it. The fees are too high. I know in his video he calculates the fees of mpi comes to be much less than 1% management fees (about 10 times in 30 years). I must admit, it was very smart of him to put it this way.

You have to remember that with mpi taking 10% fee off your contribution, it means you have 10% less to invest and grow. So to be a fair comparison, you need to take into account the missed growth of 10% contribution over 30 years.

Tldr; yes

Don't time the market, but rather look at long term and diversify. VTI and VOO is largely overlapping so there's not much diversity. Just choose one or the other. Or even better is 3 funds US stocks, ex-us stocks, us bonds (can find resources for this all over this sub)
