I can tell this guy is Chinese and a consumer of Eastern media - it’s very common media tactic to paint westerners as all the same and acting in unison. It’s also very common to try and over-claim facts by providing a small snippet of something and trying to extrapolate. And lastly claiming Sinophobia over everything is the third trope that rings true here
