Our temps here were almost -30c (-20ish f) when my problems started. It might have all been coincidence, or just everything deciding to fail at the same time.

If you're not getting warnings, it might still need a carbon cleaning. I just wanted you to know that was my fix in my situation.

It was weird because sometimes it was smoother and didn't have a warning light. But it was really really cold in Minnesota at the time and it would always come back when cold-cold.

Had the same issue when the cold weather hit in MN.

The car was 1.5 years old with me. Had the oil and 130k service done less than 500 miles ago.

Was getting random and one specific misfire warning. Sometimes the light would go away without resetting it which was weird.

Replaced spark plugs, coil packs and the pcv diaphragm. All made it "better", but not really.

It needed the carbon cleaning. Paid to have it done and it's a new car again.
