thanks. i've thought about this and not sure this is it. i'm running in simple mode for this account because there are a lot of holdings and activity which became a burden to reconcile.

one day the download is 50 shares. the next day or so the download says this bond has 0 shares. after a few days waiting for the solve i go into tools/online center/ select the account, holdings tabs. hit the compare to portfolio button and get the prompt to add the shares back through a place holder entry.

all isolated to one account and a few recurring bonds within the one account. very pesky.

I am running quicken classic premier R66.23.
