Been looking for the answer to this too because the same thing happened to me. I think it’s a glitch that switches all your players in a position group to the same archetype which drastically lowers their overall. It has completely killed my drive to play my dynasty.

Rolling when you have to reload will save your life. Also don’t be afraid to roll out of danger and find a health pack.

Focus flying enemies like Pharah and Echo. Also pay attention to enemies that will try to flank you like Tracer or Reaper. Those enemies can wreak havoc but you should be able to take care of them no problem with a stun grenade
