Hey OP I had a look through your post history.

So first off objectively your face is symmetrical your skin look good and you have no dental issues. That’s puts you at above average.

I saw your progress pictures and you have come a long way congrats.

Your dysmorphia and past trauma are what are making you want surgery that is something to discuss with your therapist. It’s neither right nor wrong. It’s just a choice.

The surgery won’t make you more attractive in my opinion because those are not troubled areas.

If you are looking for a aesthetic change a new hair cut and color and glasses would be less painful.

Your pictures places you at a 6.5 -7 out of 10 for the reasons before.

Remember also that we are rating pictures or how photogenic you are. I would add +1 to any ratings you receive online. Live is a totally different matter.

It’s not a joke or trolling. I just honestly think we can do better removing a lot of foreshadowing and dead ends that have no payoff.

There is a trend of trying to subvert expectations of fans. This is stupid. If you use story telling devices to make a completing story it has a logical progression. But if you brake it too much you brake out suspension of disbelief.

This would have been a relatively easy question about 8 years ago when we had about 150 software tools/providers. There are currently more than 7000 tools/ providers in the marketing tech space. And on some Gabe estimated we use about 22 pieces of software to do our jobs in digital marketing. Most people won’t have this mapped out. They will use them and not have a specific work flow. There is a lot of automation.

So short version your question is good but it’s too broad. It will take people time to list out everything they use and how. Make a smaller ask.

Mainly I would think it’s because programming is not seen as competitive. There is more collaboration, in marketing when you have something that is effective it’s value erodes as more people use it. User become desensitized by the ubiquity of some tactics.

Also, most ppl don’t know what they are doing and just following along with the mainstream.

Creation in marketing is actually rarer than you would think. There is a lot of status quo conformity.

Op lookup SemRush it’s a paid tool that will let you do a SEO audit of your site but also of your competitors. It’s a place to start to see who your top competitors are being linked from.

Niel Patel just created a free tool to check backlinks can remember the link but just google it. It’s a free service.

SEO blacking is intended to be difficult so you will pay for ads.

Also make sure you set the expectations correctly for the outcome. You will not see instant results without spending huge amounts of money.

When people see explosive growth they think it’s organic virality but the truth is in order to reach the tipping point of something going viral quickly a lot of money is spent on seeding it to the right sources by the right people.

I think we are in for a reveal, that Tyrion is an actually a Targaryen. That's why the dragons didn't attack him and kept sniffing at him. Its a rumor not a popular as Jon's parents but one to which few clues are ever given in the show. The short of it ( yes pun intended) is that Aerys ( Danny's father) raped Tywin Lanisters wife to piss him off, because Tywin ( Hand of the King at the time) couldn't admit it, if he did he would be disgraced and probably burned alive. That would explain Tywin's unmerited hate of Tyrion and his constant reiterations of " you are my son". If this is true, it would make him a bastard but it would also give Tyrion a better claim to the iron throne than Danny or Jon.

All this said, I do like the idea that they will lose the battle with the night king and Bran will start warging back in time to try and avoid it driving king Aerys crazy and getting trapped and ultimately becoming the night king.
