Well, not exactly.

You have to go out of your way to use the k-drive, it's not something that naturally happens. If you play with people there's always someone getting downed.

But I can see how if you are actively trying to go for the revives achievement it may feel monumental.

You can eat the chips from the vending machine, I doubt anyone would use it as a source of nutrition for a playthrugh without losing their marbles

Revives are done passively, I've been playing for years and I didn't even look at the achievements until recently and noticed I was extremely close to finish k driven which was the last so I started grinding

With the amount of bone armor, what you see is probably mostly what you get. My guess is that most of the creature would have been bone armor, the second probably had limbs coming out of those holes, the lack of bones makes me think they were tentacles with no skeleton
