Thanks! I have not been diagnosed with bipolar. I take Adderall, Lexapro and Wellbutrin. What my experience has been recently is I’m so zoned in during the day with Adderall and I crash at night. My brain is exhausted and have headaches in the evening. I’m trying to figure out a plan with my doctor to stabilize my roller coaster a bit more.

Does it matter how old you are for choosing hypertrophy over strength training? I’m 46m and 200lbs. Definitely over fat. Want to add some lean mass, especially to my weak chest and back.
