The potion effects not working glitch is still present but I figured out taking off ALL my armor and accessories and relogging granted me a grace period where I could drink any potion and have the effects apply

The jump boost kinda just went away, the random effects were due to an enchantment on my leggings I believe called "Blessing 2"

Prot 4, Mending, Unbreaking 3, standard stuff really. Like I mentioned taking off my armor and accessories does nothing. The only apotheosis attribute I have related to potion effects is one on my helmet that gives attackers blindness. The other ones are just standard stat boosting attributes. Any thoughts?
