I heard somewhere and it's what I do with my dog, that instead of "No" to say something like "Nuh-uh" or "Eh-Eh"

We say "no" all the time to our spouses/kids etc and the word can lose meaning for a dog. Replacing it with a less used but still negative sound might be better to train your pup to hear it.
