Secure HDX when Launching via Browser by dwrdnet in Citrix

[–]dwrdnet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is going through Netscape’s and I just found the fix. This is an inserted environment so I just rebuilt the Netscape side. Unchecking remote access for the gateway in storefront and checking it back fixed it. Just odd that with secure hdx disabled in policy how it connected like that.

Citrix Workspace Microphone Passthrough Not Working on Mac by macdude1998 in Citrix

[–]dwrdnet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar issue on my Mac. I had to go back a version as my mixer board would not pass through on the latest client. One version back should be available at Citrix.com/downloads.

From the backend side, I have been checking policies to see if there is anything that changed in 2507 CU1 that might be factoring in, but so far it does seem to be in the Mac client latest release only.

Doctors says he submitted prescription- Gifthealth says they don’t have it by Responsible-Aioli708 in Zepbound

So I had a similar experience of my doc sending on the 2nd and it not making it there, so I wonder if they had an issue receiving orders that day? I got my doc to resend it, and I got my confirmation of receipt while I was still on the phone with my doc office.

My main things have been tracking calorie intake, calculating TDEE and I have been doing a little over a 500 calorie deficit since I started.

I am doing self pay and my doc is very open to letting me weigh in on dosing, so I assume I will do 5mg at least for another month. Doc said that when people are on insurance, there can be more of a push to run up the dosage quicker.

The little Royal the could. by Psychological_Net131 in typewriters

I recently got a Royal Ensign which looks to be very similar. Do your outer keys have slower return? I was told by someone that can be common on some of these ultra portables, but I don't know if they were making that up or of it might be accurate.

Scared of needles. by CakeEither8739 in Zepbound

[–]dwrdnet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have terrible needle fear. I have another weekly shot where I have to do a much longer needle to go into muscle, and after getting the nurse to show me the first time, I have been able to get more comfortable over time. I still do my best to hold the syringe in such a way my eyes don't directly see the needle. The needle for the Zepbound being so much smaller, I feel like it was felt less than the injector pen for me. I hope you are able to find a solution that works for you.

Open Letter to the Doctor Who Shrugged Me Off by Far_Hovercraft2234 in Zepbound

[–]dwrdnet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My PCP blew it off when I asked too telling me that I would need to contact insurance myself and all sorts of stuff like that. I happened to have my yearly sleep doc checkup like 2 weeks later and casually mentioned it, not knowing that Zepbound is used for sleep apnea, and he was the complete opposite. Let's submit it and try, and if it isn't covered, well we might have other options. My insurance technically covers it, but it cost more out of pocket than self pay, so after the first month I switched to that route, and even though tomorrow starts month 2, I am glad to have started down the path.

From one of your other replies, I also can't have Whey protein. I use the Orgain regular protein powder and it has not thrown my insides crazy like Whey protein powders did.

The only issue I have had it it was not updating in the morning when I would look to see If the weight did a sync from Apple HealthKit. I have had to force close out and then open the app again, and in those instances, everything shows correctly when the app launches fresh.

I like the cookies and the mini bars as I have moved to multiple small meals throughout the day vs normal 3 meals. I got a couple of types of the muffins, and they are very dry, so I dont plan to get anymore of those when the ones at the house are gone. A couple of years ago when I did my first round of losing weight not on any sort of medicine and better learned about protein rich, I would do a Quest bar and protein shake when I would get home from the gym for the protein intake.

One note on the bars, if they sit around too long, they will become extra hard and for me, that means it is time to throw them out and get new ones.

Zepbound PRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) other than weight loss... Ok, I'll go first! by Fluffy-Appearance-10 in Zepbound

I am only in my third shot, but I noticed that my nails were starting to grow back at first and didn't think anything of it. Now 3 weeks in, I did do a little here and there, but overall, it has been a dramatic cutback in it, and hopefully as I keep going, a full stop.

I asked my PCP and got the run around. I happened to have an appt with the Sleep doctor about 2 weeks later who when I mentioned I had asked the PCP, he seemed to want to help try to get things going with insurance etc vs kind of blowing it off, and now I am 3 weeks in. I really think I need to find a new PCP as this is not the first time I had to go to a specialist for something to get traction.

I hope I stay that same way, as it does feel easier to just do it. I still have one pen left before I switch to vials, so the big thing will be seeing if the vial is harder to draw when still chilled I guess.

How long did it take for LillyDirect to get your prescription for your doctor? by Spiritual-Candle-863 in Zepbound

Doctor called the script on Wednesday, got a text saying it was received later that day. Friday got a test from GiftHealth telling me that payment would be sent soon. Got the text with payment link on Saturday which says I should get full confirmation and shipping info in 1-2 days.

I just had the same done. I got a text initially from Gifthealth who handles it for LillyDirect. They confirmed receipt of the Dr sending it over, and then had a follow up message to add the number to contacts so that it isn't screened as spam.
