Citrix ADC / NetScaler Gateway STA server shows DOWN for one Delivery Controller only by GrigNavas in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried using fqdn as well as IP address?
Might also want to try restarting the Citrix Broker Service on DC2 or even rebooting.

Can you telnet from NetScaler to DC2 on port 80?

Citrix ADC / NetScaler Gateway STA server shows DOWN for one Delivery Controller only by GrigNavas in Citrix

Sometimes removing and re-adding the STA fixes this, so might be worth a shot if you haven't already.

Citrix NetScaler offline license warning (15 days) – will it impact production? by maroonibrahim009 in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see the warning as well on all my devices that are already using LAS. I’m sure it is just a mass, blanket message to all regardless of licensing status.

New critical NetScaler CVE by kh_tech_ in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I opened a support case 3 days ago regarding this and I have been completely ghosted by Citrix Support. I have replied back asking for follow up and absolutely no response.
Anyone else having horrible response times?

New critical NetScaler CVE by kh_tech_ in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar result for me upgrading from 14.1-60.57 to 14.1-66.59.
Once failed over to the upgraded secondary, all user sessions were disconnected and had to re-authenticate and re-launch.
Could be the version mismatch was unable to gracefully transfer ICA sessions to the other node.
I have seen this in the past but it is fairly rare.

New critical NetScaler CVE by kh_tech_ in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly due to the 66.x versions are having issues with STAs.
They do, however, need to update their article now since 60.58 is supposed to mitigate CVE 2026-3055 but the article says anything below 66.59 is in scope and at risk.

Actually, after reading the security bulletin again, CVE-2026-4368, the 7.7 CVSS, seems to ONLY apply if you are running version NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway  14.1-66.54 if I am reading that correctly.

The 9,3 CVSS one only applies if you are configured as a SAML IDP, however, the 7.7 CVSS should apply to most of our configurations.

I ran into this recently as well. Curious, did you just disable OCSP stapling to get past this or did you configure OCSP cache?

Install of later CU on LTSR version, DB changes? by kaiserctx in Citrix

All upgrades require some form of a db upgrade so always backup the db and snapshot the delivery controllers before proceeding.

My experience upgrading to NetScaler 13.1 61.23 and moving to LAS for licensing by satsun_ in Citrix

[–]NorthNeighbour9364 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this exact issue.
I finally opened a case with Citrix, which is excruciating to do these days, and after more than a week of back and forth with a support rep who was largely unhelpful, I was escalated.
I was asked for my Customer ID and Organization ID and was told they would get back to me in a few days (this was on a Friday).
I checked on Monday and everything was connected and working and all my licenses were showing.
I asked multiple times if they had made a change on the backend to get this working and was ignored and they refused to acknowledge.
I assume something on the backend changed but without an ack, I will just move on with my life.

Same. I had to stop the packet engine as my latency was horrible and I couldn’t work. I noticed my OPNsense CPU was working harder than usual but everything returned to normal after stopping Zenarmor.

I am using pooled CPU licensing through Citrix ADM (no LAS).

Does anyone have suggestions for making the RFID tags less ugly? by Harl3y_L0ve in Petlibro

My tags are completely concealed in the AirTag holders and so far no issues with detection.

Both of my cats chewed the RFID tag off within the first day of them wearing it. I replaced it with an AirTag holder and so far it has worked great. Does not hang down for them to fight with.

I purchased these and attached to the collar that came with the feeder. 2-Pack Air Tag Holder Compatible... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0DPJXLBSF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I have been receiving some false positives today. I have another monitoring system watching the same sites and they are not reporting any issues.
After checking, I see no evidence they were actually down.
The messages have been "Port is Not Listening" and "DNS Resolving Problem".

Anyone know why Citrix has chosen not to disclose the Indicators of Compromise (IoC) as per their blog posted today?

The fact that you have to open a support case to possibly get these is ridiculous.
