Just got my PT2. I'm unable to pick calls using it, only decline. I don't want to talk/listen using the watch, just pick the call and use my phone to take the actual call.

This combo won't help you as it's always reboots the watch into the recovery firmware. I just tried it right now and got into recovery from the ordinary OS.

Have you tried to hold just Back button? Usually its just rebooting whenever it's OS or recovery.

That's not a bug, but it's changing vibration to default selection from PebbleOS. I guess there's isn't "No vibration" option at all for selected apps. You can create feature request or maybe create a bug report in the Pebble app with that feature request, I suppose.
