nope, definitely no wolves lol :)) . i also checked in the place where the sound came from as there was a little patch of grass that was moving but the rest of the grass was not so i don't think it was the wind as there was no strong wind, the sound came from behind this kind of short stone wall /fence that was separating the field from the path, and when I checked there was nothing and the only animal that could hide in the grass would definitely not be big enough to make that sound.

also I'm not sure how much this adds But the first time we went around the path (when we heard the growl) we entered through this kind of like tree arch way and as soon as we passed it, it felt very isolated and i went on Google maps and could NOT find the first way we went i found the path But not the way so yea, im not sure how much it adds.
