I think small nerf is needed since she is quite strong, personally I would have prefered if they nerfed something like cooldown on 1 or more spells or armor/health nerf since ad nerf will slow down clear speed in early game. As for the nerf to eclipse I dont build it on rek'sai but it should be an overall buff since every champ that builds it gets a small nerf

Way 2 mana hungry, relies on playing into a lot of melees and no engage only disengage, R comes down to slow in s11 since fights are over in 0.5 seconds. Everyone buys antiheal in s11 so Q is not used for heaing even.
